7 sets of the sequence:
Build to the heaviest weight possible.
You can not break up the 7 sets. They must be unbroken. That means 7 x (PC+FS+PP+BS+PP) and then you can rest. You repeat that 5 total times adding weight each time, if possible. YOU CANNOT LINK TOGETHER THE MOVEMENTS. This means you can't Cluster to get the first 3 movements out of the way. You may rest with the bar on your body (front rack, back rack, etc) during the sets in order to complete the complex.
