**With this years "Snowpocalype" looming over us it's safe to say that there will be some class schedule adjustments.  As of now, tomorrow's classes will go as planned. If we get what they're saying, Tuesday we will be closed. Wednesday depends on when the snow ends. If it's still coming down and it's terrible, we will probably have at least the AM classes canceled. A. Wendler Back Squat - Cycle 2

65% x 5, 75% x 5, 85% x 5+

Add 10lbs to your previous 90% and work off that. For example - let's say your were basing your percentages off of 283.5(90% of true 315 1RM), this week you will add 10lbs to the 283.5 and base your percentages off 293.5. Make sense? There are some outliers amongst you that may need to increase the weight a bit more, however we will work with you on an individual basis.

B. Back Squat - 5 x 10 @ 50% of this cycles new 90% weight.
