High-intensity, constantly varied, functional movement for new and experienced athletes. Workouts are scalable to all levels and designed to make you fitter, faster, and stronger. Weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and more. Check out our blog for past workouts.

Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting club for athletes wanting to dedicate their time to advancing their technique and gaining as much strength as possible.
$150 per month (included with Unlimited membership)
During open floor hours, athletes are welcome to use our facilities and equipment to train independently. Great for individuals with odd schedules, who are following separate programs, or who simply want to spend some extra time training and developing skills.
$75 per month (included with Unlimited membership)
Greenpoint Rising Bootcamp
Greenpoint Rising is a 1 hour, high-energy bootcamp class designed to get you going before your weekend brunch. This is not your typical CrossFit class...think awesome music, fun people, and heart-pumping cardio. Open to the general public and ClassPass members. Are you ready to rise?
