Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting club for athletes wanting to dedicate their time to advancing their technique and gaining as much strength as possible.

During open floor hours, athletes are welcome to use our facilities and equipment to train independently. Great for individuals with odd schedules, who are following separate programs, or who simply want to spend some extra time training and developing skills.

Greenpoint Rising Bootcamp
Greenpoint Rising is a 45 minute, high-energy bootcamp class designed to get you going before your weekend brunch. This is not your typical CrossFit class...think awesome music, fun people, and heart-pumping cardio. Open to the general public and ClassPass members. Are you ready to rise?

Advanced sign up not necessary - just show up ready to sweat!
Private training for those who want to get a head start, have a less flexible schedule (schedule as-you-go), or want individualized coaching and programming to help with specific goals.
