CrossFit Classes

High-intensity, constantly varied, functional movement for new and experienced athletes. Workouts are scalable to all levels and designed to make you fitter, faster, and stronger. Weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and more. Check out our blog for past workouts.

$170 for 3 classes a week, or $220 Unlimited

The Armory Barbell Club

Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting club for athletes wanting to dedicate their time to advancing their technique and gaining as much strength as possible. The Armory is no longer accepting new members.

Open Floor

During open floor hours, athletes are welcome to use our facilities and equipment to train independently. Great for individuals with odd schedules, who are following separate programs, or who simply want to spend some extra time training and developing skills.

Greenpoint Rising Bootcamp

Greenpoint Rising is a 45 minute, high-energy bootcamp class designed to get you going before your weekend brunch. This is not your typical CrossFit class...think awesome music, fun people, and heart-pumping cardio. Open to the general public and ClassPass members. Are you ready to rise?

Cardio Endurance

Rev up your engine with 45 minutes of pure cardio that'll have you sweating buckets while boosting your endurance. Think tempos and intervals; running, rowing, and biking.


Private Training

Private training for those who want to get a head start, have a less flexible schedule (schedule as-you-go), or want individualized coaching and programming to help with specific goals.
