For those new to CrossFit, we ask that you complete our Foundations classes before jumping into regular programming. Here, we cover the movements and standards you can expect to see in class, as well as get to know you as an athlete. Understanding your background, what brings you to us, and what your strengths and weaknesses are will ensure that you get the most out of your time at CrossFit Greenpoint.

Absolute beginners welcome, no experience necessary!




Group classes meet 3x a week -  on Monday and Wednesday at 8pm, and Saturday at 11:30am. You must complete all three classes before you can attend regular CrossFit classes. You may start on any of the three days, so long as you complete all three. Class sizes are capped at 8 people to ensure plenty of individualized attention, so please RSVP.
