For those new to CrossFit, we ask that you complete our Foundations/Intro session before jumping into regular programming. Here, we cover the movements and standards you can expect to see in class, as well as get to know you as an athlete. Understanding your background, what brings you to us, and what your strengths and weaknesses are will ensure that you get the most out of your time at CrossFit Greenpoint.

Free INtro Session
One hour free session.
This session will provide an introduction to CrossFit Greenpoint, the CrossFit methodology, barbell movements and movement modification, as well as a short and fun workout.
Upon completion, you will have the opportunity to sign up for a one month Unlimited Membership at a 50% discounted rate ($100).
Private training for those who want to get a head start, have a less flexible schedule (schedule as-you-go), or have limitations in your training and would like some extra attention before jumping into classes.
