Morgan Monét Pitcher
Morgan’s love of being active, cooking and helping others has lead her to the fitness and nutrition world. Originally from Austin, Texas, Morgan graduated from Texas A&M University where she was involved with the Student Recreation Center, intramural sports and CrossFit. In college she learned how to cook, started a food blog which lead her to learning more about food and eventually nutrition coaching.
She was drawn to CrossFit because she enjoyed the variety in workouts and the community of people it created. Originally moving to New York to pursue a corporate job in fashion, she decided to follow her passion with a career in fitness. She started her coaching career in 2014. She enjoys coaching basic technique to ensure that athletes always perform with the best form no matter what movement it is she also enjoys teaching barbell technique through olympic lifts.
Teaching clients to maximize training by educating them in nutrition is one of Morgan’s strengths. She strives in knowing simple suggestions to a person’s daily diet can help them achieve personal goals like gain that one-pound personal record or cut time from a mile run. She lives for this “Ah Ha!” moment with her clients; seeing their excitement once they finally achieve their goals or finally learning a movement they have been struggling with drives her to learn more and be the best coach she can be.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, scuba diving, hiking, snowboarding, being active outside, and baking.
